Fly home again Sunday evening after two restorative days in paradise.

Developed by destination resort specialists

Replay, the property development team for One Ocean, are specialists with extensive expertise in building memorable places where people live and play. They are responsible for creating some of the world's most successful destinations, from mountain villages to wine country retreats to beach resorts.

Replay’s leadership team is comprised of the former founder and key senior executives of Intrawest Corporation, responsible for the success of Whistler Backcomb resort. Intrawest was sold in 2006 and the core executive management team was reconstituted at Replay in 2007 to leverage their expertise in destination resort development.

One Ocean's island-idyllic interiors were designed by Patty Xenos. Patty and her team have a number of resort properties in their portfolio, including high-profile projects in France, New Zealand, Florida, and Cuba. She has created spaces for many private homes and hotels, including the Residences at the Ritz Carton in Montreal.
